DOUX is a 6-piece ceramic furniture collection inspired by the intricate rhythms of French architecture. DOUX distills the timeless elements of ornate iron lamp posts, archways and pillars into a collection of ceramic stools and side tables that feel both structured and fluid, refined yet organic. This distillation of intricate architectural motifs into refined sculptural forms is Kelsie’s interpretation of the contrasting historic and contemporary worlds coexisting in Versailles. Each piece is designed to strike a balance between the warm stoicism of material and architectural form, making them as functional as they are sculptural.
